  Jean-Pierre Reniard Burgundy Wine Seminar (Jade Palace Seafood Restaurant): Tasted in Riedel white glass.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour with thin garnet rim. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of meat, rustic earth, brambly red cherries, wild strawberries - fraises des bois?. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, crunchy medium tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of meat, stewed plums, dark red cherries, wild strawberries. Long meaty finish.
  Very good quality. Yes a wild meaty Savigny. On the rustic side of things. Will continue to age well over the next 5+ years.
