Parfois on se demande pourquoi on dépense des fortunes pour des étiquettes prestigieuses. Un bon producteur suffit, ce simple bourgogne générique en témoigne: un équilibre magistrale entre le fruit mûr, l'acidité parfaitement intégrée, et un élevage discret mais qui donne de la rondeur et une certaine profondeur. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas très long, mais pour le reste, c'est super satisfaisant, avec une facilité à boire déconcertante. Une belle bouteille qui tire au-dessus de sa catégorie.
