  Real chewy, thick, spicy and big dark black fruit. Long dry finish. Tannins are pretty dusty. I like but don't love it.

  Deep, dark, purple/garnet in color, almost opaque. Forward, attractive and fragrant nose of dark fruit aromas of cherries, blackberries & blueberries with toasty oak & vanilla overtones, smoky, some spices, dark cocoa, minty and a hint of herbs. Full bodied with a intense, dense concentration of smooth textured, lush & slightly jammy, ripe dark fruit flavors of cherries, blackberries & cassis with dominant toasted oak & vanilla, some spices, dark cocoa, cherry-cola & herbs. Lingering finish. Presently accessible with decanting and extended airing and may develop further with additional aging. May be a tad over the top for some with the combination of dense jammy dark fruits & toasted oak/vanilla overtones.
