  Color amarillo pálido bien brillante. Agradable intensidad en nariz con aromas frescos de fruta blanca (manzana verde), fruta tropical (papaya y maracuyá) con ligeros matices que recuerdan el plátano de Canarias, hinojo, buena frescura de hierbas y flores blancas. Fresca entrada con un ligero recorrido con una fruta sabrosa en el que predomina la presencia de la fruta tropical y el plátano que aportan una suave untuosidad en todo su recorrido, y luego le sigue una sabrosa manzana Golden, buena acidez, muy fácil de beber y placentero, persistente con un ligero retronasal de fruta blanca. Final medio, postgusto de fruta blanca y retronasal de hierba fresca.
