Lovely. Has developed a little - shwoing a little more palate richness/weight. Still plenty of life. Some salinity, hint of nut on the nose along with lemon/lemongrass, great acidity, some ginger on the palate too. Great

Smokey pulverised rock with lemon juice squirting from it, lime, the coconut for M. Refreshing palate with some viscosity, though the palate vibrates and loosens any fatness away, and masses of yoghurt lacticity, coconut and lime blossom, pleasant bitterness, slight pucker,

Flinty/pulverised rock/chalk/almost smokey nose with saline, butter, stone fruit stones, touch of honey. Round and soft without being heavy and with plenty of cleansing acidity, finishes fresh, long slightly buttery finish. Shifting aromas and flavours --> pear and some nice petrochemical later, more like a Riesling, slightly toasty/nutty. Delicious, defo buy more! Alc/vol: 12.5% | pH: 3.16 | TA: 5.4g/L

More spice (ginger) and lemongrass than the 2017, and just fantastic lacticity, drive, minerality and length. Lovely

Seems more Riesling-like (lime, lime blossom) than previously, less lactic too, still very enjoyable - great nose, length and lacticity
