This is my favorite Rose of the past couple of years. I usually don't hold onto Roses this long but I was surprised how well this has held up. (That said, I would drink now or soon). My prior tasting note still applies:
"Very light pink with a super refreshing minerality and salinity; touch of grapefruit; winemaker suggests watermelon rind and that nails it as well; dry, barely sweet with a nice tartness and acidity. Unique and enjoyable. My favorite Rose. 12.7% abv."

Tasted fine/good but was having a hard time with all the floaters in it. Definitely needs to be stood up for a few hours before pouring to make sure everything has settled to the bottom.

The tasting notes on the back of the bottle are accurate, if sometimes exaggerated (pickled watermelon eh?). I'll just add that this is a really nice rose, as someone else said splitting the difference between provence and CA, with acid like the former but the finish more like an excellent version of the latter -- it goes on surprisingly long and is just delicious.
