  This is not my favorite style of Sauvignon Blanc. There are too many soapy, lanolin type flavors, and not enough grassy, gooseberry and herbal flavors. This is not a bad wine. It is smooth and tasty, just not as fruity as I think a Sauvignon Blanc should be. It acts more like a Pinot Grigio. Light golden color. Has been through malo lactic fermentation. The finish shows some promise with some earthy, mineral flavors.
