  5/15/2015 - Gargantua Does not like this wine:

  One of these banana liqueur noses. Go f*ck yourself label; there's no way that this is 13.5%, because two sips and you're sideways. I'd bet the farm against 13.5. Too big and cake-y to my palate for a 100% (well, allegedly 5% Syrah) Carignan. Makes me wonder if Mourvèdre made it into this vintage? Feels Spanish. I immediately opened a Rimbert Carignan to remedy this situation, which worked much better with our lamb loin chops.
