Open theme with Nangfa Kitchen: Correctly placed as an American Chardonnay. Wasn't overly impressed on opening, it was a little heavy on the oak use and ripeness, but with air became more balanced and Burgundy-like, and less buttery.

Golden colour. Nose of pineapple, nectarine, pear drop, limestone, yoghurt. On the palate, ripe and sweet but not flabby. Sure, wouldn’t describe it as racy but everything is kept in balance with enough acidity. Some white chocolate and chalky minerality on the finish. I think this is a very good example of this type of California Chardonnay and I take joy in drinking it.

Medium-pale yellow. Stone fruit and limestone, very light butter and oak. Well balanced, subtle, with a persistent chalky mineral finish. Improved in day 2 so this could age. Good quality at this price.

Pale gold in color. This was far better on day one than day 2. Fruit and nose faded. Day one was very enjoyable. Drink now.

Bright, broader than the Arroyo. Burgundian style. Restrained with a bit of oak. Nice.
