The nose on this wine is beautiful. Like a bowl of black cherries with dark chocolate and baking spices. Love Cabernet wines produced from grapes grown in the Champoux Vineyard. Excellent!

If you are a fan of Cabernet from the Champoux Vineyard, in Washington State, You need to try this wine. The secret to getting maximum enjoyment from it is to drink it on day two. Black cherries, spearmint and Asian spice on the nose. This wine has a full, rich mouthfeel with silky tannins that coat the tongue. This is a $30 wine that punches way above its price point. In the same league as Soos Creek.

Dark nose of cherry preserves and spice. Medium to full bodied with a bright yet balanced acidity. Still some tannins hanging in there. Nice.

Took this to Shirley’s for Christmas Eve dinner. Great as usual. Black cherry and spice with ultra smooth tannins. Enjoyed by all.

Very good with Filet. Cherry, cranberry, cocoa with smooth tannins and a nice finish.
