  Dark amber color with a musky nose of petrol, oiled leather, stewed apricots and caramelized sugar. On the palate an intoxicating blend of burnt orange rind, apricot, honey and pencil shavings, with the botrytis adding a dark complexity to the experience, and the bright acidity bringing this exciting wine in balance. Brought home directly from the winery, so I will probably never see or taste this wine again, but the experience was memorable.
