  • Super light and with great minerality. The nose and mouthfeel betray the darker orange color in the glass. Lots of citrus fruit, lemon peel and a touch of grapefruit. Delicious

  • Only 10,5% in alcohol.

Pale salmon red color. Very Cabernet Franc-like nose with herbaceous aromas of green chili, smoke, some crunchy redcurrants, light leafy tones and a hint of sweeter red fruit. The wine is light-bodied, crisp and fresh on the palate with flavors of redcurrants, green bell pepper and chili tones, some ripe red apples, a little bit of herbaceous leafy character, a hint of barely unripe wild strawberry and a touch of steely minerality. The acidity feels noticeably high, lending wonderfully racy character to the wine. The finish is quite long, refreshing and pretty mineral with bright flavors of incisive steely character, chili tones, a little bit of wild strawberry, a hint of redcurrants and a touch of herbal bitterness.

A very fresh, racy and immensely drinkable rosé that is very light and delicate yet very structured and quite intense, thanks to its very high acidity. Lovely focus, freshness and intensity here - the wine is very refreshing on its own and pairs with entrées and lighter dishes quite like a dry, light Riesling or Muscadet would. Outstanding value at 9,20€.

  • Crisp, light, spritzy and refreshing. This was a winner at the pool and 95°F weather.

  • This rose has a flavor and aroma completely different and unique from any other rose I have ever tasted. There is a briny, metallic, slate flavor to the extremely crisp cranberry and other red fruit flavors. Fills the palate with a hard to describe, outdoors, forest floor, evergreen meets petroleum influence to some extremely fresh fruit. Super solid, lip smacking acid.
