Dark red, decanted 60 minutes before dinner, dense dark berry fruit, good balance, tannins mostly integrated with smooth finish. We think this wine has barely entered its drinking window. Good to try now but has many years ahead.

Wine acquired new from winery and stored properly. Did not decant and it was just delightful. The Dehlinger Pinots and the Cabs and Syrah's need quite a bit of time to develop and if stored properly they are long lived. This wine has many years left.

Still quite robust & tannic, with a bit too much oak showing through for my taste (is the fruit fading or just overwhelmed, probably the latter since it's plenty fruity). This is a big Cabernet, which paired well with a grilled, marinated flank steak.

Properly stored since purchase at winery. Seems to be toward the end of the drinking window. A fading robust CA cab with an excessive 15.2 alc.

Definitely think the fruit is fading now or is becoming more tertiary in profile. Still a pleasure to drink but off its apex for me.
