  • Yellow color with a lovely bouquet and flavor of pineapple and toast. Very good balance and definition with considerable finesse and quite a long finish. This wine was so much richer than many of the Flowers Chardonnays, as they tend toward the restrained style. Wonderful to drink. VVery different from the first bottle, which proves that are no wines, just bottles of wine.

  • Yellow color with a bouquet and flavor dominated by minerals and oak with no fruit in evidence. Probably over the hill. Flowers' wines are usually dumbed down and so are more susceptible to losing what fruit they have with cellaring.
