What a beautiful wine! Took this to dinner with some co-workers and it did not disappoint! This is a big and bold wine that has aged gracefully. It could have stayed in the bottle a year or two longer. It opened up after about 30 minutes.

damn. absolutely stunning. had this wine in a lineup with SQN, Ehrlich, Vinum Dei and this was just showing fabulously well. Ehrlich and Vinum Dei, are new producers in Napa, and Vinum Dei was the wine of the evening but the Pahlmeyer was a close second. beautiful aromatics, rich mouthfeel...jam, spice, black fruits. tightly wound, still a baby. beautiful.

Big bold Napa cab with solid fruit core but a bit heavy on the oak for my taste. Still quite young. No rush on this one.
