Let breathe for over two hours. Medium bodied. Decent muted red and blue fruit. Average finish. Good with pasta.

Medium plus body, dark ruby color with no fade at edges. Medium aroma. A bit of leather, spice and dark cherry. Very nice but not particularly complex wine.

Fruity nose which gets better and better with each hour its open. This wine needs time to age in the bottle though. I think the complexity of the wine has far to go yet.
