Good color and clarity, a little light on the nose but good smells of cherry, strawberry and floral hints. First taste (only open for 10 mins) quite light in body, much lighter than the 2013 Faiveley Clos de Beze I have tasted. Literally 10 mins later, though, this feels like it’s settling down. Still light in body. Final thoughts 2 hrs in - it does remain a light-bodied Grand Cru, even compared to other 2013s I have tasted. Still young and full of fruit, which is the way I prefer it.
