  Decanted. Barely changed throughout the evening. Melon, honey, poached pear, salinity, oyster, mineral, chamomile flowers. Initially the impression of Silex but so seamless and infinite. With air, less pyrazine punch just all the more seamless. Maybe thirty years at least, or, if you must drink it now, "seven days of decanting" lol. 95-96+
