  • I tasted at Taster's Guild 2002 Burgundy Dinner on 09/18/07 at PS7's in Washington, D.C. with Wild Alaskan Salmon, Darne of Salomon with Cream Poached Pei Mussels and Malabar Spinach and Salmon Cru, had aromas of rubber bands and violets!

  • Deep ruby. Intense violet and cassis nose with insence, leather, vanilla and sage. Medium bodied. Smoothe but structured, a classic iron fist in a velvet glove. Extracted just right. Generous round tannins and a fruit filled finish. This was tasted after the bottle had been open for a day. NIce wine but be patient as this will be much better in 4 to 5 years.
