Continues to get better, for my tastes, since my last 2/18 bottle. One of the most expressive of the Terroir wines I have ever tasted. Simply Amazing. If you are lucky enough to have or get some of this, it will challenge your taste and smell brain cells.

Slow ox'd for 2 hours. Dark red in the glass with rusty ruby rim. Nose of cayuse funk, dry herbs, medicinal herbs, gauze.
On the palate, medium weight, silky, ripe red fruit, sweet stewed fruit. First sip finish was insanely stemmy and bitter. Subsequent finish much more enjoyable with fruit and sweet tannins.
Constantly evolved in the glass and very enjoyable. Drinking perfectly right now.

Opened an hour before drinking on the deck with some light hors d'oeuvres. Fantastic nose with just a hint of funk, tons of bright red fruit with a finish that goes on and on. In a good place.

(No Girls Grenache Walla Walla Valley) Fairly dark in color for Grenache, this is an aromatic wine full of mineral, earthy funk, truffle, and floral notes. The palate is soft and perfumed, on the lighter side of medium bodied, like liquid rocks, teeming with intensity and a tannin profile more prominent than is frequently seen in this variety. 163 cases produced.

Meaty, Gamey, Bloody, rich funky earthy, underlying pretty floral and saline. A damn fine wine. Glad I have one more bottle of this.
