  • WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: This is clear with a medium amber colour.
Nose: The nose is clean showing pronounced intensity aromas of malted bread, vanilla, oak, hint of honey sweetness. This is matured.
Palate: This is dry in the mouth with warming alcohol. It has a full body and pronounced intensity flavours of malted bread, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, hint of honey sweetness. The finish is long and very complex.
Conclusion: It is a very good quality spirit. Good balance, good expression, long and very complex. Well integrated alcohol. Bit heavy on the vanilla Premium price - £49.49
