Improved since my 10/2021 review. Half hour decant. Violet aromatics. Full bodied with elegance and purity of fruit. Same classic Stags Leap notes as previous. Time has been good to this wine. It is smoother and in great balance. Upped this a point. Wish I had more.

Strong core of black raspberry and cherry flavors. Tarragon and sage undercurrents. Finish of cherries with white pepper. Tannins are still a bit grippy, hut did not get in way. Medium bodied blend.

Classic Stags Leap Cabernet. Black raspberry, sour cherry, bramble, white pepper and just a bit of clove. Full bodied with long legs. Could probably stand another two to three years of age.
