Nice medium intensity nose of blackcurrant, blackberry and vanilla, with a characteristic French dustiness. Palate is blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, menthol, tobacco. Fresh and cool with medium tannins and good length.
Very nice, well-made and I am interested in how it will evolve. Not quite the intensity for a great wine but good value.

I liked this quite a bit. By itself on the first night (heresy!) and with roast chicken on the second. Black currant fruit and leaves, mintiness, and an appealing bitterness not unlike cooked eggplant. Fine-grained tannins and plenty of persistance. Just as good the second night if not a bit more integrated.

Mid red. Quite structured on the nose. Dusty red berries, cedar, cassis, a touch of green. Cool red fruits on the palate with a touch of vanilla and gently fuzzy tannins. Pretty impressive and right in my wheel house. Drinks well now, but no great rush.

Great balance and a lot of complexity, legitimate Graves terroir, lots of layers (Qatar Airways DOH - LHR Business)

Consistent with last note, though pretty closed on night one. Way better on days 2 + 3
