PnP - Nice Rose Champagne. Flavors of strawberry, raspberry, some toast and some chalky minerality stood out. Decent, but not a long finish. Nice bubbles. A good everyday drinker or starter Champagne and should be a crowd pleaser. Good value. Solid 90 for me.

(NV Camille Savès Champagne Grand Cru Brut Rosé) Light pink color with abundant, speedy, tiny bubbles; light raspberry, tart strawberry nose; tasty, tart raspberry, very tart strawberry, mineral palate; medium-plus finish 91+ points
(NV Camille Savès Brut Rosé, Bouzy, Champagne) Another of the exciting grower Champagnes brought to the United States by Terry Thiese and Becky Wasserman. Lively on the palate, this blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from the grand cru Bouzy vineyard does not go through malolactic conversion. A tremendous value, and perfect for this time of year. Hot Picks
(NV Camille Savès Champagne Grand Cru Brut Rosé) Light pink salmon color; light strawberry, apple nose; tangy, tart red fruit, tart strawberry, mineral palate with good acidity; medium-plus finish (60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay; 25-yr-old vines; no malolactic; 12% Bouzy Rouge still wine added)
(NV Camille Saves Brut Rose) This was a dark color for a Rose Champagne with a nice yeasty nose along with hints of raspberries, smoke and minerals. Dense in the mouth with great acidic lift and fruit presence. Nice clarity and purity. Long finish. A great pink bubbly.

Very high acidity and lean on fruit. A food wine, for sure.

Left bank bordeaux 2008 and older (BLVD): A fine and relatively unremarkable champagne. Acceptable at the NV level.
