  10 years after Riesling tasting - 2014 (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Glass: Gabriel Universal
  Bottle opened ~10h before the tasting. What an amazingly fresh and perfect bottle! Color was only slightly darker than the 2014. Nose was very similar, just a bit more complex and deeper. Yes, also a bit more mature, but I would never guessed 2004! On the palate an amplified version of 2014! Cool, tension, energy, just a bit of caramel. Complex and long! Full peak. 95-96. Danke Sebastian!!!

  We get 3 Rieslings blindly. This was the first. I guessed a hotter year as 2005 or 07 and Pfalz or Nahe. A bit too much yellow stone fruits and a hint too sweet. The bottle was greatly stored. A had this bottle "much" fresher in my memory. I was surprised of the vintage.
  
  The second bottle was much fresher and more precise. I guessed Pfalz, someone said Idig. I said never because I'm not a big fan of the heavy Idig but this was beautiful and not reached his top. 95
  
  The third was easy I thought. Keller Morstein 2004 because I had the Kirchspiel one month before and the G-max is more concentrated but this was again Kirchspiel. It is the perfect Riesling bottle. Heaven again. Fresh, light-fooded but with a cristal clear brilliance. It will last at least 10 more years. Not sweet, not perfumed. Brutally graceful. 100

  A relaxed afternoon with two crazy guys (@Private location, Solingen): Glass: Zalto Universal
  Popped and poured, drunk over two days. Perfect bottle. Youthful pale golden color. Fantastic nose, young, complex and deep with herbs, fine mineral notes from crushed stones and ripe stone fruit. On the palate an enormous pressure and tension! High, perfectly integrated acidity. Wow! Combined with a fantastic depth and balance. Fresh fruit flavours, awesome mineral core, herbaceous. Vibrant energy. Great length. At its full peak, but certainly with potential for another decade on this level. 95-96

  had it together in a flight with Keller Kirchspiel and Wittmann Morstein and Molitor Auslese WS dry ** same vintage. All about the same level. HH was second in my ranking. I had it a few times a bit fresher but faszinating density. More mascular than usually. Ripe fruits but balanced with its salinity. 95
