Medium salmon rosé. Pretty nose of raspberries, strawberries, some lemon and orange zest, and a touch of flowers and minerality. It's medium+ bodied but with fresh medium+ acidty. Medium length. A very good Rosato. I usually don't like Rosato but this really works here.
