Absolut duftig!

Nose and palate were totally plastered with fluffy aromas of oak. These ones dominated the whole aromatical picture (even on the third day). There were typical christmas'y spices like cinnamon, anise and cloves plus coffee and plenty of rosted nuts in the background. I am not sure which fruit flavours I have tasted over the last three days. Perhaps some red berry fruit. On the "credit side" there was quite a lot of beef and thrust on my uvular. Absolutely not my prefered kind of Pinot Noir! Far too much oak for me!!!

Sehr guter Spätburgunder; filigran & mineralisch. Charaktervoll & animierend. Duft nach Waldbeeren und Unterholz. Himbeerfruchtig. Zartwürzig. Grüne Walnuss.
