  • Monday Night Blinds (Home (Noe st)): (non-blind - my wine)
Medium gold color with reflections of copper and pink! Like a very pale rosé. Clear and bright.

    Nose:
    - Elevated intensity
    - Youthful white peach
    - slight rose petals (quite terpenic for PG!)
    - white flowers / estery - youthful aromas, ripe pear.

    Palate:
    - dry, medium bodied, medium plus alcohol (feels 13%), medium plus acid, medium minus phenolic bitterness.
    - white peach
    - medium length

Quite floral! I might go Albariño blind, though maybe it's not quite floral enough for a good example of Albariño.

  • Slight rosy, copper tint. Aromas of yeasty bread and almonds. On the palette, peach, almonds, some slight bitter , not unpleasant, finish.

  • "Orange" wine like rose, made with partial skins. Very tasty and unique.

  • Pale gold with a hint of copper in color. Floral and spicy on the nose, with notes of potpourri, incense, smoky fall leaves---that sort of thing. Hard to explain. The fruit aromas are ripe and exotic, things like mango and pineapple and grilled peaches. Assertive in the palate, with fruit, spice, mineral, floral flavors, concentration, and acidity in abundance. Still autumnal in character. The finish is long and intense with flavors of mango and guava and melon. There's also a nice pleasant bitterness to cut through it all. Really good stuff.
