Another fantastic Texas Estate white wine! From Tyler TX with grapes sourced from their estate vineyards. Nice wine. Beautiful label. This Viognier is very light. Poured almost white, but seemed to have a slightly pink hue? Honestly I will say that this seems to be a Viognier to drink alone. Even grilled chicken outpaced it. On the entry is a sharp but delicate acidity. Very delicate peach and Asian pear on the front and middle, and finished crisp with a hint of lemon and slightly acidic. This wine had good structure. Elements were beautifully designed and impeccably delicate. We REALLY enjoyed this one tonight. But I wouldn't enjoy it with dinner -- this is a summer afternoon sipper with fruit, berry, ligh cheese, and nut charcuterie.
