  this starts to shed a bit of fat now and brings forward some more crispy and zesty notes, let’s see how this develops.

  This showed clear signs of ageing. Dark yellow colour and a beginning oxidation. Is it the small share of Chardonnay in here producing this peculiar effect? Nevertheless, the wine was hold together by crisp acidity, even though pretty much on the syrupy side with cloves, mango and pear notes on the palate. Quite some depth and very good length. Very intense , invasive nearly. Probably a good companion for Asian spiced food at this stage. Hope it holds a bit more as the remaining bottles will not be consumed tomorrow morning...
