  Apologies for volatile ratings, but today this bottle delivered. Clearly fruit-driven but not in an obstrusive way. Carmenere, at only seven per cent, danced on the shoulders of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, leaving some room for the dash of petit Verdot added. 15 per cent alcohol is not for the meek - and normally not Harrie’s style - but here it adds to the shoulders of fruit.
  
  Mature now, but not tired in any way. Not sure it will get better but no hurry to drink either. This will go another three or more years.
  
  A great wine for those liking Amarone and similar Veneto wines. Mrs Harrie loves this.

  Nice carmenere. Not extremely complex but well crafted. Drink, don’t think this will get better

  Interesting blend, with the Carmenere adding to a distinct character. Overall a good wine, not a great wine. Not that much better than Altair‘s second wine Sideral and not worth the more than double price.

  Not decanted. I opened the bottle 2 hours before dinner. Pretty good wine. 90 pts.
