  • Two very consistent bottles here and no decanting.
Good bottles, in way had hints that reminded us of Riesling, with a sweet caramel edge on the nose, almost petrolly. Firm acidity of course, mineral and with lots of structure. Very solid. 90

  • Medium lemon colour. Fresh and elegant nose with moderate scents of green apple, lemon peel, savoury notes and hints of bay leaf and thym.

Bone-dry in the mouth with a nervy medium+ acidity providing tension in the palate. It has a medium+ body with an unctuous mouthfeel. The alcohol is well-integrated and balanced by a very tasty concentration and a lingering finish.

Fantastic example of Assyrtiko, showing finesse and character without compromising its concentration. The oily texture in conjunction with the freshness provided by the acidity creates a perfect harmony, making the wine really interesting in the mouth. Its aromatic herbs and savoury aromas make it complex and elegant.
