Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Mid to light greeny pale-yellow. Expressive, fragrant typically GV nose. Searing acidity and slightly petillant feel on the attack, melon and grapey flavours not unlike a muscat, then grapefruit on the finish as the acidity comes back to the fore on the finish. A slightly lighter, less rich style of GV than some and with more acidity. Might try leaving the other bottle a year or so to see what happens.
