  Opaque ruby red, savory nose, lighter to medium bodied, very brambly, a bit short on the finish. I was worried that this had past its prime, and that may be true as there was little evidence of fruit, yet it was an enjoyable quaff.

  Wet leaves, truffle, mushroom, orange peel, develop faster than expected. Awesome with truffle salami and really complement each other!
