  • Fruit full bodied yet now overpowered by the later harvest natural sweetness. Off Dry.
Just don’t know what more you could ask for.
I find it the most perfect pairing with boiled crab.
Can’t see how I will keep the last 3 very long. Maybe I should lose one at the bottom of one of my wine storage fridges.

  • This is an absolute stunner!
Has that "kissing aspect" of sweet Mosel wines that is to live for... And citrus, white flowers, tiny petrokem and a beautiful mineral component on the nose.

On the palate, this wine has a shockingly straightforward attack that made me cough after the first sip. This is superbly concentrated, deep, rich, layered, complex and a wee bit towards its maturity and plateau. Tastes include: Riesling, mikan and other citrus as well as that wonderful smell of laundry that dried outside.

Has the acidity of a Muscadet but embodies the grace of a kung fu master. Excellent composure and rocks my world at 7%.

    Lovely!

  • Fantastic wine. Great nose of white fruits. In the mouth leads with an off dry edge from the typical Mosel slate follows with a full central core of fruit with a medium length. Just love the type of Mosel with low alcohol 7.5%.
I may even be rating this a point or two low.

  • The nose, which displays that white fruit cocktail note, would lead you to believe that the wine would show some fairly distinct sweet notes on the palate. Not the case, as brisk acidity keeps the underlying sweetness in check. Not bad.
