Although this is just one of there standard Cabs and not single vineyard, we thought it was fantastic and my oldest bottle from the Castle. Rich ruby with aromas of blueberry, plum, and cedar. On the bud, it is smooth and full bodied with berries and spice. The finish is long. Went great with our filets and rosemary potatoes.

Dark fruit and mocha on the nose. Flavors of cherry, vanilla, blood orange, baking spice, and some black pepper. Medium finish. Tasted best after a 2 hour decant.

Dinner Saturday date night. Fired up the Weber grill for steaks. Made Gwen recipe of scalloped potatoes and roasted broccoli with shallots (Nicole & Samuel recipe). Then blueberry cobbler for dessert.
