(NV Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana Manzanilla (500 ml)) The best-selling Manzanilla worldwide, its name means "the gypsy." Grapes come from the Hidalgo vineyards in Sanlúcar. The sea breeze is in the nose of La Gitana, which tastes of green walnuts and licorice. Appellation: Sanlúcar de Barrameda

(NV Bodegas Hidalgo Manzanilla La Gitana) Manzanilla is unique to the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and this wine is as expressive of the type as any you’ll find:a dry, delicate Fino with distinct aromas of the seaside. Halfway between salty and bitter, it’s so light as to be almost ethereal. Offer this to customers who are interested in variants of Fino, or as an excellent pairing with seafood. Rockss and Fruit

(NV Bodegas Hidalgo Manzanilla La Gitana) Sea salt, almonds, peanuts on this lovely nose that takes you to the shores of Sanlucar. Balanced and juicy with lovely nutty spice and purity. An astoundingly long finish with lovely delineation and soft fruit. Great value as always. There is almost an almond sweetness that lingers on the finish.
