  • In a Chinese restaurant in HK. A ten year old PF albeit 1er Cru!
    Well a surprise.
Two hectares at 380m above sea level in this lieu dit, south facing. Not much more from their website.
    Colour: med gold, bright, clear.
Nose: full, still fresh, ripe, notes of oak but good fruit.
Taste: light body, rounded, ripe fruit typical of the appellation, some mineral notes, good acidity, med finish, ripe fruit, deux
Overall, amazing for a ten year old wine in HK. Needs drinking but still holds its own! 13% ABV
