Decent, but not outstanding, Merlot that went reasonably well with our Easter lamb; I don't know that we'd go back to this particular vintage, as it seemed a bit indistinct (as opposed to other Sinskey offerings).

Ruby colored in the glass. Scents of nutmeg, green pepper and slight petroleum whiff. Mild flavors of crushed granite, ripe plum and mint. Finish is flat, never shows. Decanted and let sit for an hour, no change. This is about as good as this one gets.

Tasted somewhat acidic, it was drank on wine day, and wished we had opened another bottle. Didn't have great flavor.

Drank over three nights. This may be the worst vintage I've had of this wine. Not bad, just disappointing
