  Krydder, safran, sitrus, mineraler, bievoks og ingefær, og litt tørket frukt på nese. Sitrus, mineraler og ingefær. Veldig chrisp og lang. Lukter helt annerledes enn 15. Første årgang fra egene fasiliteter (tappet på flaske hos en annen produsent). Noen oksiderte noter. 89-90

  Le premier vin conçu par cette maison qui est encore tout jeune mais remplie de bonnes promesses.
  Un assyrtiko 100% nature ( le 2015) ils ont rajoutés des sulfites mais au minimum (à ce qu'ils m'ont dit ).
  Un beau vin avec une acidité vivifiante avec un goût d'écorce de citron et de coquillage.
  Un petit côté salin en une bonne longévité dans la bouche !
  16.5/20 et dans mon top 3 de ce que je bois Grèce en ce moment !!

  Much better than the last time I tried it; more profound and deep with some development in the form of oxidative notes that are providing character in the wine. A solid Santorini. 89-90

  By the glass at the GB in Athens. fresh bottle.
  Quite pleasant wine without being simple or flat. Definitely felt better than last time we came across it(papies 87) with better evolution on the fruit, nice mineral side and a well round feel. Not an assyrtiko to age we believe but one that does exactly what it says on the tin. A good 89.

  Impressively dark yellow-gold for a young assyrtiko. Complex and continuously evolving nose of grapefruit, bergamot, orange zest, flintstone and stone fruit. Medium to full-bodied, rich and balanced with balancing acidity and a long aftertaste. Obvious lees aging character. Great effort given the fact it is the maiden vintage.
