Some sweet stink to it one taster notes. Smells like a Dressner wine too. And sweet funk on the palate about sums it up too. Sort of like a yellow pear that has been just slightly brined. Kinda good both of us agree.

A private lunch (Restaurant Bak, Amsterdam, NL): A blend of Mantonico and Greco. Fullish yellow owing to some skin contact; initially a very wild and yeasty nose with a touch of brett, but then the floral and spicy notes lurking underneath take over, citrus and minerals; juicy and fresh palate, nice weight, but could do with a little more tension and flavour intensity; light finish, herbs, decent length.

Crazy yeasty stuff here. But tasty. Some skin contact, served warm.
