  clean quince and apple; a hint of quinine; more texture than expected for a lighter bodied wine; fine acidity on the finish is a plus.

  Very subtle nose, a bit of lime mingles with bready notes. Taste and body reminded me very much of an unoaked Chardonnay, but with a bit more floral and melon notes on the palate. Medium-bodied with a buttery/yogurt finish. Very balanced--perhaps a bit too balanced to enjoy on its own but would put well with poultry (just in time for Thanksgiving ; )
