Best the second day after double decanting. A light golden straw with pear, apple and pineapple nose. Surprisingly, more buttery than I expected it to be. At first I thought it must have been aged in at least some American oak, but this couldn't be The first day the wine was a little watery, but improved in day two. This was really a nice wine but needs lots of air to fully open.
