  • Nice OR bubbly. As a previous thorough commenter said, it has less minerality and more fruit than Champagne, but is a good wine none the less. Along the lines of a Cremant, although better values are to be had in Cremants.

  • Poured full blind. Quite light pink in color, nearly peach. The aromas are fresh, and bright, with plenty of red fruit tones. Soft, tart, very fresh, bright fruit enter on the palate. The palate texture is quite refined, with elegant, soft bubbles and a nice spine of acidity. Initially soft and quiet on the finish, but then 10 seconds later there's a huge dial up of acidity. Quite tart and fresh, with tons of bright red fruit. A very refined wine initially had me wondering if it was a Champagne, but the bright fruit and lack of intense minerality gave it away as new world. A very beautiful wine, one of the best Oregon sparkling Rosés I've had.
