Pale gold, nose of biscuit, dough, lemon, green apple, red apple, nuts & smoke. Medium body with light mousse. Strong acidity. To taste dough, yoghurt, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apple, raspberry, redcurrant, nuts, honey & toast. Long finish. Outstanding. Fresh but real depth and range of flavours with plenty of complexity.

Lemon colour, moving to some gold. Nose of red apple, pear, peach, nuts, caramel & yeast. Nice mouthfeel and body, decent acidity. To taste more red apple, ripe pear, peach, apricot, caramel, nuts, bread & wet leaves. Touch pithy (in a good way) on the long finish. Very good and will keep well.

Nice gold colour with red apple, brioche, dough, pastry, yeast & nuts on nose. Slightly oxidative. Super mouthfeel and fine bubbles and nice balance with acidity. More apple, lime, nuts & pastry on palate. Quite savoury. Long finish. Well balanced and excellent flavour intensity. Some positive complexity development since last bottle.

Lovely gold colour with fine persistent bubbles. Brioche, red berries, red apples & citrus nose. Super balance with integrated body, acidity and mouthfeel. Similar palate of red apple, red currant, brioche & lemon. Good length. Really very nice indeed.
