Orange with amber hue. No detailed notes. Showing nice fruit concentration and refreshing acidity with high sugar levels that are quite well integrated. This will keep for one or two decades maybe longer if the cork holds through (the cork of this bottle was soaked to over 50%) 5/13/17/10

Serious, serious TBA. Intense honey notes on the attack fade a little to a mid palate with weight but without thickness, showing tropical fruits notes with acidity: my best descriptor was passion fruit but I'm sure better tasters would have come up with others. Finish was long but the core of the wine is really about the lush texture, tropical fruit cut with a little citrus acidity and the wonderful aromatics. Had side-by-side with the '05 M-C Gimmeldinger Schlössel TBA this came across as the more balanced and drinkable of the two, without the enormity of flavour of its brother. A fascinating comparison. No doubt will get better with age but frankly drinking so well that I doubt I can keep my hands off it before maturity.
