Summer in a glass. Pale gold color. Aromas of flowers, honeysuckle, apple blossom. Satiny mouthfeel, but not at all syrupy or unctuous. Honey, apple, and a brisk finish. Good wine. Just slightly off-dry. Had with goat cheese with lavender and fennel pollen and a baguette.

Last Monday Tasting Group (Fisher Compound): This wine ended up being the ringer of the tasting, but suprisingly it held it's own despite not being as expressive. Initially this wine had a pickle/dill thing going on, so I worked the wine in the glass and went on the other wine in this flight. The pickle note went away with the add'l time in the glass. This was the lightest wine of the entiire tasting - not surprising as this wine was probably bottled about 2 days ago. There were candied melon, and cardamom notes on the nose. This wine had great weight in the mouth - very round and long. Hints of pale grapefruit begin to emerge complemented by wihte peach. Simple, slightly lean finish. I would be happy drinking this wine - a very good quaffer.

Consistent with previous note.Aromas of flowers with a satiny mouthfeel and honeyed apple palate. Good.
