Moderately red in color, nose is subtle herbs, tea and smoke. This is moderately intense, sweet cherry and raspberry fruits finishes softly and slightly tart and long

I just barely like this wine. It's an overwrought California fruit bomb but it shows a bit of minerals (clay / mud), and some depth but very little structure. I expect it will be very short lived. It's has a candy-apple nose and tastes of strawberry rhubarb and new oak barrels.
I"m used to Roar Pinot Noir that is gutsy and juicy, this vintage is definitely lighter and more mineral-driven in flavor. Good balance and it opens up nicely after about 30 minutes. Not what I was expecting.

A lovely mature Pinot... medium weight, classic Pinot flavors, some browning. Drink now, it won't get better from here.

An elegant and restrained wine from Roar. Still has some years left.
