Smells like pine cleaning products (not even just like pine - it has a distinct chemical pine smell) as well as that waft of scent that comes up from just opening a sushi takeout container (so like that ginger, wasabi, fishy smell). Tastes just like it smells. On the finish there’s finally some fruit and balance but it’s so much fainter than the chemical pine notes.

Medium straw in color. Pine, rosemary, thyme, lemon oil, and pear on the nose. Apple, floral pine, woody resin, and a hint of citrus. Bright refreshing acidity in a dry wine. Floral complex pine on a long finish.

Good effort, does what it claims to do, i.e elevate retsina to something worth drinking at home, away from the Greek beaches .Will buy again at this price, specifically to enjoy in summer with Greek food

By the glass at Suzi Tros, London. Its a good effort, a noble one of trying to make something good out of a style what usually is carton level wine. The nose is very welcoming, almost too good to be true, touch confectionery. Floral and playful nose, with the pine resin touches all over. The palate at first was difficult but grows on you and becomes an interesting result. Happy to have tried this but ok. 85

Not for me, too similar to a cleaning product.
