Pure Spirits Portfolio Tasting (Balcony Restaurant & Bar): The wine shows a pale red color. In the nose, the wine is very light, with ripe cherry, strawberry, smooth, elegant and a bit spicy. In the palate, the wine feels more spicy, smooth, low on acidity and tannins but not bland, very umami, elegant, tasty, very interesting, medium finish. Outstanding quality, beautiful

By the glass. Classic Trousseau that isn't showning especially mineral. On the contrary, it is refreshing and full of fruit. Simple but effective. Soft but with good persistence. Give it a try.
Por copas. Clásico Trousseau que pese al nombre no se muestra especialmente mineral. Antes bien, se manifiesta refrescante y lleno de fruta. Simple pero efectivo. Suave pero de buena persistencia. Dale una oportunidad.

Another awesome bottle. Light ruby color. Aromas of sour cherry, red apple, spiced tea, pickle, roses, white pepper. So tangy and vibrant on the palate some dusty tannins show structure. Tart cherry, red apple peel, wild strawberry, the fruit is laced with white pepper, garlic pickle, clove, sage. Such vibrancy and clarity despite the earthy/savory flavors. Wish I had another bottle.

Similar to L'enfant Sauvage's notes. I love Jura reds, but this just never really clicked with me. Nose was mostly earth, funk, light green, with moderate red fruits. Taste was similar but had more minerality in the middle. Hard to say but it was just lacking that something that would make it go from good to great. Perhaps a depth of fruit/earth. Maybe some time will bring better things?

I liked this wine, but I didn't love it the way I expected to. This should have been right in my wheelhouse. It is certainly pretty, light weight, and clean, but I think it's the lack of any discernible tannins that put me off. I also didn't detect much acid, though others tasters here seem to have detected more. There's some trousseau funk, very light fruit, floral and earthy notes, but no grip and none of that quenching feel that keeps one coming back for more. Good, but maybe not a rebuy for me.
